Having announced last week that he was taking it to a new level for the duration of the summer, Fokis lets loose the first track from A WALK THROUGH MYSPACE VOL. 2.

MONUMENTAL produced by Los Angeles producer, Reasonable, sees the New York artist merge with Philadelphia MC and winner of the Ty Fyffe Raw N' Uncut competition, Chief Honcho and Bronx wordsmith N.O.M for the lead off track.

The synth driven production on MONUMENTAL provides a strong backdrop for the trio to congregate upon, while exposing their individual styles and capabilities. Their flair and storytelling mannerisms are deftly displayed while emulating the title of the song.

"I really enjoyed working with these guys, N.O.M is a young cat with the soul of a real MC and that is a hard find today. Chief Honcho got that ill Philly Flow and has a gift when it comes to creating hooks" Fokis explains. "It's amazing how much talent is out there and I used Myspace to help me find them. If used properly Myspace can be a great asset to an artists career.

Scheduled for release this summer, A WALK THROUGH MYSPACE VOL. 2 illuminates the talents of numerous artists that Fokis has united with. From the sound of MONUMENTAL, it is safe to say the album has the potential to be just that.
