About Bisc1's Strange Love Collection:

(Media used: wood, metal, plastic, spray paint, and silk screen.)
Strange Love is the attraction to the places we are warned not to go, the things we are told not to touch, and the actions we know we should not take. This is a collection of those moments when I went there, those memories of those experiences and those voices that reminded me each time, why I wanted to be there, because I shouldn't. The Train spikes and signage images have been collected over the years from places across the country. Each sign, each spike and each light has its own experiences attached. As a whole The Strange Love Collection serves as a objectified photo gallery of these affairs and attractions.

The collection is a component of a much larger more intricate project titled 'The Strange Love Project.' As a artist / designer / musician, I was curious to see how the world around me would interpret my strange relations. So with the help of 10+ producers and 20+ artist I have put together an extensive collection of audio and visual interpretations. Starting with a record I released in early 2008 'When Electric Night Falls' and ending here, with 'The Strange Love Project
