OZONE Magazine (www.ozonemag.com) and TJ’s DJ’s (www.tjsdjs.com) Inc. today announced the 3rd annual OZONE Awards (TOA) weekend will take place in Houston, Texas on August 8th – 11th. The three-day Tastemakers Only Music Conference and star studded award show will bring together southern music’s largest names within the music industry. Last year’s award show featured performances from Lil Wayne, Baby, DJ Khaled, T-Pain, Plies, Rick Ross, Flo-Rida, Trick Daddy, Rich Boy, Soulja Boy, Hurricane Chris, Young Jeezy & USDA, Lil Boosie, Webbie, Mistah FAB, Keak da Sneak, & many others. The 3rd Annual OZONE Awards performers will be announced at a later date.

The “TOA” weekend is organized this year by Julia Beverly, CEO and Founder of OZONE Magazine, considered the “voice of the south” and Thomas “TJ” Chapman, CEO and Founder of TJ’s DJ’s Inc., the launching pad for many of today’s major southern artists, including pop star T-Pain. The OZONE Awards weekend will host a variety of artist driven speaking panels, one-on-one workshops, a sponsored fashion show and invite-only private events capped off by the 3rd Annual OZONE Awards, taking place Monday, August 11th at 7 pm at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston.
