It Needs To Be CED: What I've Learned Part 2
I was thinking and contemplating what my next move will be and for some reason, I started getting these thoughts in my head and i thought i would share them with you. These are based on what i have gone through and/or what i am going through. Some you may find amusing, but all are true! Enjoy!!
1. I've learned that people in positions of power doesn't equate them having intelligence, sometimes it's just positioning.
2. I've learned that longevity DOES count when it comes to intelligent business moves.
3. I've learned that knowing the right people and knowing the right things still doesn't matter at times.
4. I've learned that artists are the most insecure people alive, which is why they seek the acceptance of people.
5. I've learned that bullshit and ineptness goes a long way in entertainment. Want proof? Look at radio station playlists and the Reality Shows on TV today.
6. I've learned that when you are stronger than most, the weak that are in power are scared to give you any power for fear that they will lose any that they perceive to have.
7. I've learned that in the bible it states, 'The Meek Shall Inherit The Earth' and my definition of meek is one who can stand with the giants and still be recognized, but without the manpower of said giants, yet that one still has a voice. So since I am meek, then I will accept my inheritance in due time.
8. I've learned that at every industry job I've had, there were people there who were scared of losing their jobs because I also worked there.
9. I've learned that I've lasted 20 plus years in this industry because I am not driven by money but by passion.
10. I have also learned that passion doesn't pay bills so now money is a strong indicator in future decisions.
